Lucky night? He had 2 goals the game before. And yeah, I doubt he'll get 4 goals every night (like anyone would) but this game showed that he has the ability to have that kind of night. I just hope he turns out to be consistent.
Easy there champ, that was one amazing game but he still has a long way to go. Consistency is the key. To be the best you have to beat the best so until he scores another 89 goals this season you can't assume he will be the best.
He has skill, but saying he's the next Gretzky? Thats too far.
Only one player has ever been compared to Gretzky, and that is Crosby, and its the only player that should be compared to him.
Hertl isn't consistent yet, not like Nate Mackinnon who has points in all games he has played (99%) sure. You also have to consider the players he is playing with, Big Joe and Burns, way better then Nate's linemates.
Its hard to say whether he is gonna be the next big star… but I've got chills watching this video because he is a former Czech National Hockey League – team Slavia Praha. We are very proud of him. HC Slavia Praha cheers for San Jose Sharks now:-).
