  1. You rarely deadlift in hockey, or any pro sport as it’s waayyy to risky for injury. Clean and snatch is the dynamic workout used

  2. Don’t forget about your hip flexors pulled mine now I know how valuable it is, hips are the core to all edgework keep those hips strong
