Management can't sell the "we're gonna draft a bunch of BC talent" narrative to us fans because of Virtanen. Guy had all the tools in the shed, but couldn't put it together. Had speed and size but never used it to drive the net. Had the shot but always missed the damn net. Had a big body but never used it to hit anybody. Guy could've been a modern day power forward that wasn't slow, but just couldn't do anything with it.
