I have to admit, initially, I wasn’t thrilled with either pick. But Brad Holmes has made a lot of good selections, and the prognosticators are not always right in terms of where people should be picked in the draft. Not all players projected to go high turn out well, and not all players who are picked ahead of where they’re projected to go turn out poorly. Fingers crossed.
