  1. I’m go glad Greg covered Tom Ellis! He is my fav actor and I am totally OBSESSED with the show Lucifer (so sad it’s over now after 6 seasons). Tom loves to workout and he’s shown his sessions with his trainer Paolo Mascitti often. I have to agree that the Men’s Health interview was a bit of a flop. It was awkward and his trainer made him look bad by helping with all the reps. Not sure why he did that but it seemed like he was more concerned with being included in the interview. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Anyways, Greg made a great point that we can still look excellent and not be super shredded. Work hard, and stay the course we can all get there.

  2. Coach is making the Hollywood trainers look dumber than last time . If only they bought his plan. I bet they could afford him . Coach Greg goes to Hollywood ! Train the trainers on how to train the actors. Doctor Greg's school of kinseyology. I think a coach Greg trainers certification is equivalent to a masters in weight lifting. Look at the resumes of some of the circles he has trained . Don't even mention the triangles.
Every kid that was in his gym class is now a world class power lifter .

  3. I think he has the kind of physique that people should need to consider while setting target for 5 6 years

  4. Am I the only one that hates seeing people use a neck pad when squatting and why did he do every lift wrong. And why is his trainer a trainer if he doesn’t know what he’s doing. This was honestly just frustrating to watch

  5. well… I do 5 sets of 10. and I can hit it all on the first 2 sets. 3rd set no problem if I rest enough. so if I want to get all 50 reps, my rests get longer per set. but I definitely cannot do all 50 with the same amount of rest as the rest between the first 2 sets.

  6. the one at a time curls are great if… you really want a mind muscle connection looking at one arm at a time???

  7. Reminds me of Men's health interview with Joe Taslim too (SubZero in Mortal Kombat movie). He was former taekwondo athlete and he's quite relaxed and secure with his body, despite visible fat and doesn't look jacked. He's definitely really flexible and mobile.

  8. Note on the cardio bit, if you do sustained cardio post strength training it reduces hypertrophy. Just a note for those looking to body build

  9. Certainly possible. His size and features look good. Nothing oversized.

  10. 7:39 thank you!!!!
At best your last set was hard enough but most likely not.
I like to set a number of reps that if I hit I’m done. If I do 8 reps of bench once I hit 4 reps I call quits. Some days that’s 3 sets. Some days it can be 6 sets. It’s been really effective for me.
What it does is helps me make sure I break down my muscles. If I’m not going hard enough on my sets then I need more sets. If I go hard then I tire quicker and do my job more efficiently.

  11. I thought entire time that Lucifer is only for entertainment…. It was weird and i thought they over did with bringing God and Goddess on Earth but damn! Ending was sooo good and it has really deep meaning

  12. Tbh tom ellis has a perfect body for a male, and Maze's actor has a perfect body for a women. I kinda feel maze and Lucifer would make a perfect couple and then if Cain became good somehow, Cain and Chloe woulda been good, Cain seemed to genuinly like Chloe, and then imagine after cain Changes, god finally breaks his curse, Sorry. Nerding out, this and supernatural are my favorite shows EVER

  13. he has less muscle but looks better than 99% of bodybuilders just by being taller and having wide clavicle

  14. How much warm up should I do before weights? I do 5 mins and then I go straight for my hardest lifts. Should i do warm up sets in addition to the 5 mins warm up?

  15. dude, I don't train (I used to 10 years ago) & I don't eat well and I still have muscles. Tom's body is not as impressive as you think.

  16. Seeing celebrity should make any teenager gym goers feel good about their physique , no need monster mass , no need ped's to look good and people love them too

  17. Greg, I have a shoulder issue and am new to working out. I am a drywaller/painter and work above my head all day. I am skinny af. I need more weight to reduce the constant pain. I thank you deeply for the pinkie talk. Every workout has been a effort to work the muscles and listening to the advice that the pinkie should be higher. I just paused and hit myself hard with different pinkie position. This time I finished all my sets (close to failure) instead of 100% 1st 75% 2nd and barely able to face 50% last. It felt so much better until I am past some of the strengthening that needs to be done.

  18. Nearly every other trainer I have seen the Rock Big Ron Jones at and many more they all do cardio before they hit the weights
