Going back to this 1998 logo. My other dreams (Trotz and Brunette) already came true.
I’m trusting Trotz until he gives me a reason not to. I wanted Hynes fired. Everything else is gravy.
We need better defense. Listened to the Locked on Preds podcast the other day and they claimed that according to this past season’s stats, our defense was one of the worst. We need some guys with speed and size.
1) we trust the young guys and not trade them. Let’s build some excitement around them, find synergistic lines before the season starts, and play some creative hockey. No reason we can’t be competitive with what we know we have now, thanks to 638373 injuries last season.
2) not dwell on last season. Numbers don’t look good. We had shit game plan, injuries to anyone that had ever played hockey, weird lines. Last year isn’t a good indicator of this team but it did give us some gems.
3) keep saros. He had a fucking amazing year and he almost dragged an ahl team to the playoffs. Offensive help is the help he needs.

– Move Joey(downvote me igaf)
– Commission a comically smaller statue for Saros next to Pekka, where the ratio is noticeably off by at least 10%
Joey and Duchene are traded/bought out, we Draft Brandon Yager or Axel Sandin-Pelika with the 15OA, not too sure who is a good selection for 24thOA, but we could trade that pick in a trade for a team who takes Joey/Duchene. We go out and try to nail down a decent top 6 forward in FA, and then sit back and get ready for the young talent to lead us to playoffs…
