Monahan was good last season, but he broke his foot, they let him play on that broken foot, and then he got a groin injury because of it. Had they just forced him to wait it out, I'm sure he would've been fine
I reckon PLD’s photo with Caufield does hint he’d play for the Habs more than in Afghanistan 😂

I think it's pretty obvious Dubois is going to Montreal. If he's not traded there, do you really think he'll resign with Winnipeg? He already said he won't

Man, I would sign PLD in a heartbeat or trade some old dudes for him. He is young. He is big. He already is friends with Cole. He is pretty good and he is a Hometown Quebecois. What more could you ask for?
I like the fact they signed Monohan . I also like the fact they are keeping Price around. Shows Hughes is sticking by his guys through the thick and thin. This is awesome and builds serious team culture.

What if they were preparing for a trade:
5th for;
Lower pick at which Leonard will go to MTL
And prospect D swaps for G or wtv Habs want.
Other option is take Michkov and trade to lower team at deadline and let him boost Ovi before playoffs to win a cup in first year.
I really like what Leonard can bring to a team you win cups with guys like that . He would be the perfect guy with Suzuki and Caufield
