Watch as Jets defenceman Dustin Byfuglien delivers a brutal cross check to Rangers centre J. T. Miller, which Alain Vigneault called one of the most vicious of the year.

  1. I watched this game the other night and quit after this EXTREMELY COWARDLY HIT!
I thought that he should have been suspended for at least 20 games if not the whole season! This man has changed the way we I look at him and the NHL!
What message does this send to our young and impressionable kids watching this!MORON making BIG dollars, trying maim another player! HEAD CASE!
ABSOLUTELY NO REASON FOR THIS SHOULD NOT BE IN HOCKEY
SHAME ON YOU COMMISSIONER of the NHL

  2. 4 games? Are u serious NHL ? If  they are all about players safety they should have given him at least 8-10…

  3. What a fucking scumbag could of literally broke his fucking neck and his face smashed into the ice from the impact of the cross check

  4. Don't fuck with the goalie then.
As far as broken necks, you gotta be kidding me, maybe if his neck was made of notebook paper.

  5. What a goon. He screws up his D then takes it out on a player's neck, like this, and Perry. That's low IQ behavior.

  6. I don't know what is worse…the fact that it was his neck, or the fact that he almost shoved millers face into the toe the goalies skate…

  7. i personal hate the fuck outa byfuglien and he makes the dirtiest hits, but i dont think he meant for this one to happen but still deserves a suspension, as it did.

  8. Byfuglien likes picking on players who are already down on the ice and cant fight back.   Big Pussy

  9. Ugly play and definitely deserved a longer suspension. And now Miller just crosschecked Shaw in the face in front of the net tonight in game 2 of Habs-Rangers and there wasn't even a penalty.

  10. I'm a Jets fan, that was pretty awful. Buff generally doesn't hit like that, but this was ridiculous especially off a player the size of him. I agree with suspension for sure.

  11. Can't believe the player JT has become in Vancouver this year

Thanks Byfuglien for not breaking his neck!

  12. As Blake Wheeler said in recent interview with Cris Nyland, he is big, moves well, and you never know what he’s going to do. That’s Byfuglien.
