We obviously want Michkov.
I think other teams are feigning interest in the hopes we or another team give up something to move up. I think we should stand pat and not give up any picks or prospects to move up. He very well may fall to 8th pick.
I think moving from 8th to 4th could be doable for 40th+Chesley+2024 3rd.
It’s a small luxury tax and you don’t get the opportunity to draft a potential 1st overall talent every year.
In the grand scheme of things, Washington wouldn’t even feel it.
That said, Benson, Reinbacher and Leonard all look very good and one should be available at 8.
