Asset management, even if Michkov says he won’t come over after his contract to another team other than WSH you got to pick that player. Look at what the Nordiques recouped in assets for Lindros. Look at the Magic choosing Chris Webber and recouping assets in a trade for Penny Hardaway at the draft. As a GM you have to consider the possibilities to having such a strong asset. I think if the Sharks pass on him at 4 because of it, it could be a major setback in their rebuild
