I've been a Pens fan for 35 years. They need to toughen up as well. Tired of watching them get pushed around. Especially Sid coming to the aid of his teammates. He's too valuable for that though it's commendable. Just my thought.
If Kyle Dubas who has been linked to the Pens for a few months were to join the club…the first thing he would do is orchestrate a trade for Conner Hellebychuk before he hits the open market…then he would work on the defence.
He would also hire Jason Spezza. Spezz was being groomed to take over from Shanny in Toronto as President. Very highly respected from players and management alike!

I would love a Dubas Tulski front office but I just don’t know if Tulski would want to make a lateral move to a worse team in a worse situation. I feel like probably not but who knows. I would definitely be all for it!
Personally, I'd love a Dubas/Greeley setup, however that'd work out. Because the Stars have had some strong drafts, and Assistant GM would be a step up for Greeley, which could conceivably make it more appealing. But we'll see soon, I hope.
Dubas was terrible in Toronto. 5 years and they still don't have a goalie. The Leafs defence is a joke. The Penguins organization, once one of the best in the league, now operates more like the Browns. What was Dubas doing while Fla. was signing BOB and trading for Bennett and Tkachuk. Penguins are making another mistake.
