  1. LOL! "The puck was long gone" hey dumbass he just had it! as soon as he passed it he got hit. how is that a nasty hit? it was beautiful. I can't stand please play by play guys.

  2. Looks clean to me he had the puck with his head down in the middle of the ice and got rocked, Kulikov was already committed to the hit before Voracek passed it. Could be a little high but it looks like the initial point of contact was the chest (right shoulder to right nipple to be exact) Textbook hit, that's why Voracek walked off the ice just a little rattled if not completely fine.

  3. Late Hit in New NHL. I love my FLYERS….Jake should not be admiring his pass like that…but by definition if I'm right his head was the principal point of contact….right?….so that's why the penalty was assessed. Kulikov will get some games for it for sure…..I love hitting, Hate seeing my team take them….but damn that was tough. On another note, JAKE DROPPED THE HAMMER ON THE GOALIE IN THE SHOOTOUT TO WIN THE GAME. LET'S GO FLYERS…..LET'S GO FLYERS!!!!!

  4. Jack edwards might be bias, but at least he's entertaining af. These jacks are just lame

  5. it head contact because the dude is 2 ft taller + voracek was leaning forward

  6. It wasn't a late hit but the point of contact was to the head. I bet you if it was the other way around with a Flyer player making that hit the league would have suspended that Flyer as soon as the game was over. The NHL Department of Player Safety is corrupt and this is yet another example that they are against the Flyers. And I love all the idiots that say it was a clean hit, yeah how in the hell is it a clean hit when he's 3 feet off the ground, his elbow made contact to the head plus he's a repeat offender, everything that I thought the NHL was trying to eliminate? What the hell was different between this hit and the one that got Weise suspended? Complete bullshit if the guy doesn't get a suspension.

  7. Definitely wasn't late for sure, But his Skates came off the ice before the hit which is considered charging. No suspension needed, and was called right on the ice

  8. I hated it when it happened but you know what, we got the 2 points after scoring 4 in a row including the PP goal on this penalty. That's hockey.

  9. if you even call this a late and dirty hit to the head, then why not abolish hitting. that was a split second. you won't stop the check at that moment. and you wont be able to hit without any contact to the head. you will always touch the chin or head if you collide from the front. concussions happen… its a contact sport everybody knows the risk

  10. No big deal, his skates just left the ice. 🙄 If it was the other way around the Flyers would've been penalized, suspended, crucified, drawn and quartered.

  11. This was a penalty,I love the morons saying otherwise, now whether or not you agree with further discipline I can understand an argument but it was a hit to the head and he left his feet so I'm sure this repeat offender will meet with Pronger. I would also add that the idiots calling the broadcasters biased, they are the flyers announcers not a national broadcast.

  12. I feel like I'm in a cuckoo clock. How in good gravity is that a late hit?
And the announcers are both like "gah! puh! Case closed. Get him out of the league. Blech. I'm a moron."
    Etc.

  13. Cleary Philly commentators, lol. Welcome to Edmonton Kuly! Looking forward to more of these hits.

  14. “Puck is long gone”. No it wasn’t. In slow mo it didn’t look late and at full speed the timing was perfect. A little high though.
