The waiting for something to happen is killing me
I really hope Yzerman trades 17 with Vancouver's 11th by taking a contract for cap dump. That way Yzerman has more options at 9 & 11. They could draft a high-end forward at 9 and draft Axel Sandin Pellikka at 11.
6'4, good skating, shut down Dman with presumed limited offensive upside… that doesnt sound like anyone the Wings have chosen in the past.

I think this draft will be surprising what with all the extra year guys mixing into things. Could be a lot of diamonds in the rough.
I’m just curious about the whole Calgary situation and if I was Yzerman, I’d be ready to move on Lindholm in a heartbeat.
sometimes you will see and you was schocked suprisjng to show the real true colors. Fyi its my teams and not my groups and his owns in all players and groups of him … my god a trap alone again

Can’t for the life of me understand why ppl would trade pick 17+++ for debrincat to just then overpay him. We can get a really good prospect at 17 and even better one if we move up who’ll possibly be here for 15-20 yrs.
everyone’s so desperate to win they’re willing to fuck up the rebuild. Last I checked we didn’t have a surefire stud #1 line prospect guy and we have 2 great cracks at it now.If we got debrincat we’re not making the playoffs next season and possibly the one after. He wants to come home so bad he can come as a ufa in 2024
Stick to the plan. Now’s not the time for the big move unless it’s for a kid with huge upside

Bertuzzi can’t be part of the rebuild he’s old! … we should go for Konecny he’s 26-27 and has cost control ( for 2 years) 😂😂😂 I’ll never get some fans

The point Brad makes about Honzek at 1:16:11 is spot on. It’s nothing wrong with the player, but the NA scouts who are evaluating him can’t be trusted with first round picks. If they haven’t changed NA scouts since 2016, I would rather trade 17th for Debrincat and let Hakan pick the best European on his list at 9
