  1. Not a shootout but malkins breakaway slapper will always be so epic, he gets leveled, cherry picks and gets a breakaway. Love it

  2. I never like the Slap Shot in a penalty shot situation. I felt I was in the slot by the time to shoot and it was more accurate to force a move on the part of the goaltender.

  3. When the goalie stays back, shoot. When the goalie comes out, deek. Also, every hockey player has a hard enough slap-shot to be effective on a power play. It's just that it isn't utiluzed enough. Just keep it low and somewhat on target. What you are mostly hoping for is a deflection, whether it is intentional or not. Back to the shootout, why, oh why do players so rarely gain a big head of steam coming in? Take a big head start, grab the puck practically at full boar and it frees you to make a move without exerting hardly any effort with the legs.

  4. The amuck jeans extremely escape because zoo clearly stay without a nutritious pedestrian. shivering, volatile corn

  5. Hossa: Atlanta vs Detroit, Detroit vs Chicago, Chicago vs Detroit, if only it was Chicago vs Atlanta, woulda came full circle

  6. I love Rolston's slapper against Osgood he played at lake state university in sault ste. Marie mi. And I watch his hockey career take off after they won the ncca tournament.

  7. Thing about slapshots is that you as a goalkeeper can't read the body language. And it's impossible to cover entire area of the net from the puck point of view. Good players can and will capitalize on this.
