It being philly puts the cherry on top but I just donāt think he wanted to uproot his family or be away from his family. Pretty sure he just had a baby recently

Jonesy today on the WIP morning show: “The part [of the job] that I’ve not enjoyed is the number of people I’m really close wtih that I had to tell, ‘I don’t have a job for you.’ ”
Personally I have no problem with the Flyers hiring ex-Flyers. Every team in the NHL does it, as do teams in other sports. Just gotta hire the right guys. For one, I think LeClair will do a great job in player development.

I hope Krugās not made out to be a villain in this situation. Itās Armstrongās fault for giving out NMCs to basically every long-term contract on the Blues, thereās 0 reason for Krug to want to leave St Louis and uproot his family especially when thereās no apparent guarantee heāll be able to be flipped to a contender.
