Avs been busy.
Rookie move by Conroy. He admitted there wasn’t a market for Toffolli. So why rush to move him? Especially when you didn’t even get a pick back for todays draft. Not bashing Sharangovich here, but Conroy got totally fleeced in his first ever trade. He was working with a first line player; in the late prime of his career, who is on a very team friendly deal for next season, and this was the return? I’m sorry, but it’s totally inexcusable! He best be doing better moving out those other disgruntled pieces, or the Flames are going to be a total mess for a while. Conroy said they spent 6 hours on the phone getting this deal done. I wouldn’t have wasted six minutes on that offer!

Thank you for wearing the BEST Avalanche jersey ever: all BURGUNDY. I am not really a fan of the wordmark, but all-burgundy is how the Avalanche kit should look (with minimal blue). They should go to it again, but with the "C" logo instead of a wordmark. A close second were the Nordiques-themed burgundy on white throwbacks.
Avs have essentially replaced compher and newhook with Johansen and Colton, and picked up a late first round pick. Solid moves so far

seems like tampa never liked the guy. got league minimum for 3 years, then had to go to arbitration to get 1.125M for 2 years and now they drop him when his Qualifying offer is 1.250M.

That's pretty expensive for Colton I would even say for newhook trade too …. the trade values is very strange to me… I feel like the Debrincat trade was less value then PLD which dosent really make sense to me…. PLD is a 2nd line Center and Debrincat is a 1st liner…
