My dream scenario: Zach Benson slides out of the top 10 picks and the Blackhawks make a salary cap dump trade with Vancouver to exchange the #11 and #19 picks. Benson sees and thinks the game nearly as well Connor Bedard and would make a dynamic pairing with him.

If my 2 favorites, Barlow and Perrault are drafted before the Hawks turn, then I would preferably go with another center at #19, maybe Edstrom or Ritchie or Stenberg. Also wouldnt mind also drafting the big man from Wisconsin, Stramel, at #35 if he is still on the board. This will give Hawks some size and depth at center, and these guys could also shift to wing if needed.
