Chauncey is a player development coach. Not a head coach. When he realizes that he'll be successful. I think he would be better off in players ears as a head coach runs the show.

Rayan is a defensive player he steal balls off the opponent and quick feed to his players…he's done that in NBL alot…this kid will ensure his game goes up another level now that he's in the NBA…dont under estimate this kid…he played in a team that made it to the Finals in NBL this year

Rupert I watch in nbl and believe me as a player he will contribute to the team defensively and when needed to score
Their is still hope for Lillard and Blazers to win a championship ! The team is growing up.
But an the other side I would like Lillard going into Miami and let young core and overall Blazer team develop without him, letting some space.
Also I love the profile of Rupert and the energy he can bring. He can grow into a Versatile Player with defense on main focus. Great Potential.

i think cronin does have a vision theres a lot of hate that nothing was traded i think cronin was pretty honest with not finding any good enough trades. but i do think its time we move on with dame get him somewhere like miami and get some solid vets and some picks from them and build around scoot and shaedon thats the team of the future dame is the best pg/blazer weve ever seen and we'll always honor him but its time to move on.

We have gotten some great players but we need a better coach to be fully honest, we won't win with Chauncey at the head, scotts would have been better as lead and Chauncey at the assistant coach.
