It makes me feel some type of way that not only do players WANT to come here, but when they DO come here they see something not only in the talent this team has, but also that locker room culture, that team rapport, that team bond, that not only makes them want to stay but to STAY FOR LESS MONEY.

Loved that like one of the first things he mentions is winning a Stanley cup with this roster. Shows that he believes in this roster and his team mates to achieve that goal. That it kinda came unprompted just as his goals for the future, this is a huge plus for me.
