   It’s very weird to draft these types of players whose ceiling is akin to all of the other 4th liners available for league minimum every offseason. Not saying you have to find stars at this stage of the draft but at least shoot for Hagelin/Fast types instead of someone who maybe is as good as Tyler Pitlick in 5 years.

   Can we fuckin draft for potential and not just use a damn excel spreadsheet and sort by size? How many years have we done this and it has not worked?

   We nailed the first pick only to go right back to drafting goon size players. I guess drury really wants a team of guys like harpur and mikkola.

   Edit: for comparative sake, only 26 out of the 246 players listed at 6’3 or taller scored 50 points last year. So idk why we keep prioritizing size over everything else when our biggest kryptonite is speed. If a team is faster than us, they basically shut us down
