The 2023 NHL Draft was held in Nashville, TN last Wednesday and Thursday, June 28th-29th. With the first overall selection, the Chicago Blackhawks drafted Connor Bedard. They were followed by the Anaheim Ducks, who took Leo Carlsson, the Columbus Blue Jackets, who chose Adam Fantilli, the San Jose Sharks, who selected Will Smith, and the Montreal Canadiens, who picked David Reinbacher.
