NGL as a Wild fan this feels exactly like when we let go of Suter and Parise. It stings and they were great contributors for many years, but it was a move that was overdo and long needed. Now you can usher in a new era and see what you have in the minors and what players you bring in. All in all, a very solid and smart move, even if it does sting.

Yeah your right! It did hit close to home. He was good, he worked hard, he did good. But!!!! He chased Laine away! That Is definitely true now, look at how the Jets brass are talking now about character and other things. It shows they are righting the ship now, and it’s going to take time. The contract killed Blake, he shouldn’t of signed the deal for that much over that time frame. The jets and Blake made a mistake. That should of been Hellys or schifellis contract
hopefully #55 is next. then the team can truly move forward.
