Wow, officials are just stealing the show this year. It seems like there is a crucial missed or incorrect call every single night. This whole season the officiating was a joke in this league

It’s funny cuz around 4 years ago the same thing happened. Same teams, same arena, puck went into netting, no stoppage in play, and Columbus scores
In this day an age no matter what idiot rule you have in effect, technology clearly shows this should have been no goal and common sense should have prevailed. And change the rule today so this doesn't happen again.
I was taught at a young age, play to the whistle. That being said, should be no goal
I dont understand how the league decided they play on if it isnt whistled immediately. If the puck goes out of play anything after that moment should be reversed.

I’m an avid Panarin fan and was rooting for the Jackets and still think the play should have been dead but, Rules are Rules whether we like them or they make sense or not.
