    7 games was a joke suspension. If that skate goes a few inches higher, we have a Clint Malarchuk incident but worse.

    Kassian should have been suspended at least 10 games minimum and Chara for 2-3 games as well. Just my personal opinion and observations. Long Live the GOAT!

    Completely random thought: it’s strange not seeing all the jerseys in the background, just black is so…black lol! It would look FREAKING AMAZING, with a background of a giant print of fans at a hockey game…. that is all. 😂

    That would be attempted murder if Cernak was cut and that was the intent. I don’t know. I think the guy has issues. Might be on drugs. He also needs anger management.

    the thing is the intent can't matter.. u can say whatever after the incident what u were trying or not trying to do. only the action matters.

    What I find more interesting is that Kassian and Sam Gagner are playing on the same team . If memory serves me right, didn't Kassian break Gagner's jaw as a member of the Canucks?

    I agree with almost all of what is being said here but the fact that you travelled down the path of “could haves”. When doing this you travel down the path of not the facts and what did happen to the path of what could happen. We could say these things about any incident in the NHL and I feel the punishment for what did happen was correct and I’m not condoning what did happen but just wanted to reflect on that a moment.

    I think he just made a stupid move without thinking. I think when he comes back after the 7 game suspension he should apologize for his actions that would at least help his case
