  1. Imagine the puck hits the stick as its flying through the air. Wonder if theyd call it super high sticking

  2. When I grew up playing, we got taught that only wimps let someone knock their stick out of their hands. These days, that's not the case anymore.

  3. NHL refs? Wait till the playoffs when the cups on the line sure hope those clowns aren't on the ice.

  4. I swear these sticks get lighter and lighter every day soon they'll just start floating up all on their own šŸ˜‚

  5. Scheifele really missed an opportunity here. If he had only hung onto the stick, he could have been flung up with it like Thor and his Hammer

  6. My childhood coach: "DID YOU SEEE THAT GAME WHERE THE STICK WENT FLYING YOU NEED TO GRIP YOUR STICK FIRMLY KIDS"

  7. "Strong man throws things into space" – 2019, colorised

But really, that's an obvious minor penalty.

  8. This exact thing happened in my hockey league the other day, so now I need to know. Is this a penalty? If so, what would it be deemed? An interference was the players argument. But no call was made.

  9. One of the greatest things to happen in NHL history. That stick was an easy 50 feet in the air.
