Nah. It was a wrong move. If he’s signing for 1.5 or under somewhere, the oilers should have done that. You’re going to pay anyone decent right around that much to replace him. Even Holloway is only .3 or so cheaper if Kostin is under 1.5.
And Kostin is a giant who can skate, hit and score. Very good low/mid tier Power bloody forward.

We all know one of Edmontons major problems was contributions from the bottom 6. Klim moved up and down the line. Had some success when they tried him with McDavid. Had points regular season and into the playoffs. Has size he always finished a check plus hit you like a locomotive 🚂!! Was 1of 3 guys drop the gloves in an instant for a teammate and try tell me that don’t go far!! Of course he’s a fan Fav he brought instant Heart to the Oilers when we where faltering like much Kane did last year.
So in return we get 3 for Yammo 1 in dollar sense for Klim?? And Future considerations?? Ya Stevie considering I’m going play this workhorse into the playoffs. For 1.5
