Matvei Michkov has just been drafted 7th overall to the Philadelphia Flyers. Michkov is the best Russian NHL prospects since Alexander Ovechkin. Michkov has a complete skill set including: incredible speed, elite shot, and both goal scoring and playmaking abilities. I think Michkov has potential to become one of the best forwards in the NHL with the Philadelphia Flyers in the future.

As a habs fan i'm pissed, still love Reinbacher but this guy could be something special. I prefer to believe that it was just a gentlemen agreement with the flyers fanbase for the caufield pick they gave us. We are square now haha

Iām showing my age here, but I truly hope that it doesnāt āplay outā the same way they did with Ryan Sittler ( R1, #7 in the 1992 draft), who never even played a game for us.
