I’m a Kraken fan and Edmonton is way better.
Fairly cheap signing, Kraken are extremely low on true RW players, they were playing Centers and LW there from time to time. I expect he will see less TOI and therefore have worse stats on the balanced Kraken compared to top heavy Oilers who needed him more. Even if he ends up depth or a 4th liner this helps the Kraken out. Might only be a one year fix if the draft is any indication, 10 of their 11 players in the draft this year were 6 foot or taller, that seems to be a definite preference.
