Jonathan Drouin to Colorado.
Duchene will be a great value signing for dallas, puts them right back in cup contention. Nash moves surprised me in a good way. Thought maybe they take a year to retool after Duchene buyout, but with signings like Schenn, O'Reilly, it would not surprise me to see them back in the playoffs next year too.
5.3 million for Jason Zucker is hilarious, also I find it funny that Brossoit is going back to Winnipeg, where in the playoffs this year, Winnipeg fans chanted "You're a back-up" at Brossoit. I wouldn't want to sign in a city with fans like that.
Blues fans are in for a long drought again. Roster is a mess.
Miles Wood is very underappreciated. He had a rough year after the hip surgery, but has bounced back alright, just gotta watch the penalties. Hes a great agitator, net crasher, and locker room guy. Plus hes fast and can score goals. I think he'll do really well in Colorado honestly, and we'll miss him in Jersey.

O Reilly not signing with the leafs had nothing to do with money it was because they kept Keefe. He openly said he wasn't happy with the way the team tried absolutely nothing different in the playoffs. He saw first hand with somewhat of an outside perspective that Keefe was totally clueless so I don't blame him for wanting to play somewhere else. Happy Dubas is gone but still baffled that Treliving is keeping keefe.

Duchene wasn’t a cancer, but more of being content with where he was. He did help mentor some of the kids when the were called up but rumours were he was content and wouldn’t buy into a system he didn’t like

I feel like the whole deal with Arizona’s near future being up in the air as to what they’re gonna do with the franchise as a whole has kinda been overplayed. Even if the future is uncertain, at some point there’s eventually gonna be some sort of major change whether that’s finding that new home with a proper capacity limit, straight up getting a new arena built outright, or relocating, and any of those three things could be something guys might be excited to be apart of as this sorta new age of the Coyotes (or whatever the new name would be if they relocated). I mean whatever change comes, it’s not like it’s gonna be some sort of direct major negative to an individual player, at least not any scenerio I can picture, not like the teams gonna fold or anything like that
