Have to disagree with Girard as part of a 2nd D pair. Manson, as he is a good counter to Bryam jumping 8nto the play (a stay at home DMan) and as a big body should someone take liberties with Byram.

As a Habs fan, I believe Montreal screwed Drouin. Never let him play his natural position, when he joined Montreal we placed him Center, we Put him on the Point on the Power Play. Just never worked out. Back when he was a young buck with Tampa he was more of a beast. Sets up plays, decent shot, Dynamic. Now he’s with Colorado I do hope the Old Drouin returns. The kid has skill, its just sometimes its a question of Confidence. I feel like him in Montreal was like Phil Kessel, he tried to do it all like he was in Toronto until he got that pressure of his back when he got traded.
Drouin makes slick passes, has good Speed, he will find guys who’s open. He is pretty soft when it comes to physicality. Already with 2 wrist surgeries I question about his shot. But for 1 year under 1 Mill. Thats pretty solid
This team is already way deeper at FWD than last year, love the moves so far. Both these players were on my wish list
Woods contract is slightly high the 1st 2 years , after that we will all be saying how cheap he is
