Hoping to see Zadina in San Jose, we are so thin up front and any potential scoring boost would be amazing.

I think Arizona maybe picks up Zadina? If not, somebody will certainly trade for him if he clears waivers.

Wouldn't mind Chicago taking on Zadina. They're not necessarily trying to compete and even if he doesn't turn it around, 2 years is the longest term the Hawks have committed anyway to anyone so far

As a Canucks fan, I remember watching the 2018 draft thinking there was no way the Red Wings weren't gonna take Quinn Hughes that when they didn't I literally jumped around the room and just kept repeating "please take Hughes, please take Hughes, please take Hughes"

Would be funny if the Habs picked up Zadina after what he said when he was drafted and the habs passed him by.
Zadina is the type of player I wish The Caps would take a chance on.

Arizona, Anaheim, Chicago should consider getting Zadina. Maybe they can turn him into something with their younger players coming up.
A lot of teams this year are signing. One year deals very smart for the player and the club because next year the cap is supposed to go up. Crazy
As a Wings fan, I am sad to see Zadina go, but the team needs scoring and Zadina was just not delivering. I would rather give that spot to someone who is a net positive for the franchise than a new neutral.
I kind of have a feeling that Zadina is going to end up in either Arizona or Seattle. Seattle has been really smart with making well timed waiver claims. The big claim in Seattle was them grabbing Eeli Tolvanen and letting him get the opportunity he never got in Nashville. Arizona is looking to be a bit more competitive this season and could easily slot Zadina into the lineup. Both Seattle and Arizona have the cap space to give Zadina a chance. I also feel like Tampa Bay could be a spot for Zadina to land. They've lost a lot of guys recently including Killorn, Colton, and Maroon — could take the flier on them, even if I'm not sure if there cap structure makes sense for the claim… Zadina would be the type of gamble I could see Brisebois taking.
I remember the draft where Ottawa picked Tkachuk over Zadina and how angry I was at that move. Glad I'm not a GM lol
I hope Zadina finds some sort of scoring touch perhaps elsewhere. Just didn't seem to find in Detroit.
