i'm actually scared for Bertuzzi. The way the leafs tend to play he is going to get injured so badly making up of others lack of effort and compete.

That's why we picked Brady Tkachuk over Zadina. Our fans were throwing down their Jersey all angry and such. Those fans became quiet when they realized what we had. Captain Brady. I still think with the right situation and a team that is rebuilding, who knows, Zadina might brake out and have a great career in the NHL?
I could see Zadina with a team like Arizona as a middle 6 winger, 2nd PP on the half wall. Around 18 goals, 19 assists, 37 points and be a decent value pickup for someone.
Glad to see him waived though. He’s just not working out here.
Pissed about Bertuzzi though. Favorite player going to the team I despise….smh
Bertuzzi was simple he asked for term bruins couldn’t offer. His agent couldn’t get term then asked the bruins to match toronto offer bruins said no we spent the money after bertuzzi declined .
Zadina is just not that good.

Pretty sad to see the wings botch Zadina's development and refuse to put him in a position to succeed. Looking at the way Raymond was handed everything right away it is mond boggling to out a skilled player like Zadina on a line with guys like Erne, Glendening and Neilsen and expect him to have any confidence let a lone thrive.
I hope someone claims him becuase the gm and coach clearly have their favorites (Raymond/Fabbri) and will always put then in top 6 or top pp spots regardless of how well they do. I specifically don't understand Yzermans obsession with Fabbri, the guy just isn't that special at all. This sucks…

Simple Zadina can't be moved moved because nobody wants him especially at his cap hit. Too many clubs are cap crunched this coming season. He' s shown he can' t score at the NHL level so what good is scorer who can' t score? Offhand Arizona might be the only team with enough cap room to take him but why would they?
