I'm new to hockey, can someone tell me what the Oilers might actually get for this down the road? Is it literally just nothing, or will the Red Wings toss them a 4th round pick at some point, or what?

Standard Kenny Holland stuff, overpay, overpay for guys like Nurse, realize you don't have enough money to pay your bottom six and have to salary dump. Then trade away all the first rounders until you have none, then in 10 years when your best players like McD retire you have a team with nothing. That's the Kenny way. Edmonton fans are going to find out the hard way, just like Detroit did.

I like this, we already have silky young wingers, a nice powerforward, PPL were all "wtf is he picking off the board" its because he knows every type of player we need!!! we dont want to have one of those teams who always do the same thing, if the playoffs this year taught us anything a team that came in looking stronger and manhandeled until the more well rounded team changed up what they were doing and took over! Impressing a one night stand is one thing but keeping a relationship spicey is another.
