We’re reviewing the Detroit Red Wings’ 2023 NHL Draft class. The Red Wings we’re slatted to pick at the 9th and 17th spots in round one and had a trio of consecutive picks in round two. There a lot of fans that expressed negativity towards Steve Yzerman and his staff with patience starting to wear thin in HockeyTown with the “Yzerplan”. We’ll analyze the picks and any draft day moves plus we will take a preverbal step backwards to take a look at this rebuild to try and asses where the Wings are at this point.
