Skinner plays good with Phil Di.
Faulk needs to be traded. He was terrible this season.

Solid analysis, but I want to question your standard development curve on Gauthier. Plenty of quality NHL talents have been slower in their development. Plenty have been faster. Velluci has been very complimentary of his improving play over the course of the year. He is a little slower on the curve, but there is no reason for Canes fans to be worried about him. He JUST turned 20.
THANK YOU!!! finally somebody got an analysis right on Noah Hanifin. im not saying he doesnt have loads of potential and wont hit it one day but right now he is a mess in his own end. i dont know how anybody can sit there and say hes going to get paid. he either get a bridge deal or is traded
Well I think coming into the 2017 season most people thought the Canes were all set on D and goaltending but seems every defenseman took several steps back so are they going to rebound or continue to decline? These are big questions aside from will Darling rebound and be what everyone thought he was going to be? Do you know have to trade or find free agents to get reliable defensemen & goaltending. Certainly not what the organization had planned in its development. There penalty kill absolutely sucked though they had the least penalties in the league so they were able to linger for awhile but how do you address that weakness? Who knows. Faulk has to go unless he improves defensively and pretty useless if he isn't scoring goals on the PP! Hanifin should get another year to show.
Do a little more research on Skinner. His 2 way game is awful to be honest. Terrible in his own end…
Great video even tho I didn't like it when you said that many of the discussed players have zero defense in their game. These are kids many of them will learn.
