Samsonov deserves $3.5 ~ 4 Mill, according to the current market, ESPECIALLY if he's the undisputed "starter" in Toronna. The Leaves may not want to pay that, but that's due to their insane overall salary structure (You go, Kyle!), and not Samsonov's fault.
