The Chicago Blackhawks have drafted USNTDP center Oliver Moore with the 19th-overall pick in the 2023 NHL Draft. Jack Bushman of Locked On Blackhawks joins Gil Martin and Hadi Kalakeche to discuss the selection of the player who many analysts peg as the fastest player in the NHL Draft, and who most people had going in the Top-10. As far as complements to Connor Bedard with the top pick go, it seems like Chicago couldn’t have done much better with their first rounders on Draft night.

That would be 4 awesome prospects and literally all 4 ppl i unrealistically wanted. I guess it was more reasonable than i thought.
Oliver Moore at #19 was a gift from the gods. Kyle Davidson was furiously working the phones trying to trade up to draft Oliver Moore. Incidentally, something that is overlooked – Oliver Moore is 5' 11" and weighs 190 lbs. He is not a small player and does not play like one.
Just think, after the opposition chases Bedard for a shift Oliver Moore jumps over the boards. What a nightmare!
