Ian, did you see how Shattenkirk performed after being traded to the Caps for their playoffs run several years ago? He was so highly touted, and then was such a complete bust – he brought nothing every night, ugh. And then he got that huge payday with the Rangers and was terrible there too. I can't stand him; I think he's the only player in the NHL that I would call "soft," (and I generally think it's wrong to call hockey players that). I'm sure he's an OK person; I appreciated his support for BLM but I really do not think he would be a good Bruin. He's the opposite of a Bruin. Terrible replacement for Clifton. I complain about Zboril every time he's in a game (he just cannot make plays under pressure), and I might almost prefer Zboril over Shattenkirk. You will see — he doesn't hit, gets outmuscled, appears slow; I will vomit if he appears anywhere on PP for the B's this season. What a disappointing signing.
