I don't think the concern is that they lost. Most of us expected that. But the troubling thing is the things they keep doing wrong. They've slipped back into patty-cake mode with the just endless passing looking for the perfect shot. Passes to nobody (looking at you, Panerin), easily intercepted east-west passes, constantly turning over the puck. When they get a power play it's a miracle if they can get one shot on goal. The two goals they got were just throwing it on net. Gotta do more of that. Considering the state of the D, they did fine, but damn, can we please cover the guy in the slot? They gotta use these next four days to integrate Kane and stop being so cute with the passing. Just get pucks on net.

Dude stop whining injuries are part of the game. Good teams have players who can fill in when others go down. Boston was flooded with injuries beginning season. I don’t think anyone was making excuses. It’s about making the best of what u got.
Name one sane person that is shocked that the rangers lost to the bruins today. I can name many sane people that are shocked that the bruins only won by two goals. Btw the bruins were down two players in this game too.
It’s wild how the B’s have managed to add 3 guys into the lineup in two weeks and it’s looked basically seamless. I REALLY hope they compete the story and win the cup this year, but man Sweeney has done everything possible to give them the best chance possible. If he re-signs Orlov and Bertuzzi then this team might even be able to weather losing Bergeron next year
I am a die hard Rangers fan and this team has a lot of players who look at themselves as offensive players. Our coach dont enforce all players to be accountable defensively. Also Kane is a great but just like bread scores when they feel it and give up more than they score
