I love bonino
You have to give them a chance. Granlund is a Swiss Army knife with good skill. Bonino is a shut down guy. Bonino is an elite PK center. Kulikov is depth on the left who is much better than Friedman and possibly better than POJ.
Excited about Bonino…not sure about the rest
Rakell – Crosby – Guentzel
Zucker – Malkin – Rust
Heinen – Carter – Granlund
Poehling – Bonino – Archibald
O’Connor
Letang – Pettersson
Petry – Joseph
Rutta – Dumoulin
Kulikov
Ruhwedel
Not a bad lineup to be honest
If the new players help the Pens to become a better defensive team, then this was a good deadline "day".
Pens needs to help, hopefully these trades will work.
Bonino is a great defensive forward role player/glue guy….whether or not he shows up on the scoreboard.
We should of made the deal for Jonathan quick goal tending is our problem
Really happy about what hextall did this deadline. Upgraded blueger with bonino. Cleared those horrible cap hits and found a safety blanket on Zucker Incase he walks. Also love kulikov, think he should give him the nod over dumo
Honestly I can see hextall giving this as a go for the lines…
