It sucks we didn’t get the T deal done but it’s crazy how confident they are reporting that EK is ready to join us.
Don’t think we have ever had a player of this caliber actively want us to trade for them.

Would like to see EK come here. I appreciate the fact that there are some players that actually do want to come here. I personally thought Pesce kind of fell off last year and wasn’t his rock solid self. Could be a blip in the road or could be the start of him needing to be moved; the organization obviously sees it too. I’d still like to add a nice sniping scoring winger. I don’t know who that is at this point or how it comes about but we need it. Our defensive unit can be lights out but if the power play still can’t get it done and the scoring isn’t there then we can still lose 1-0 and 2-1 and have a great defense as well. I’m okay with seeing some 5-2 and 7-4 games. I feel like if we can generate some scoring first and foremost the defense and goalies can breathe a little more and not be on edge the whole season as well.
