I feel bad for Hall as he's even further away from a cup in Chicago. But he had a chance to sign in NJ for eight years at 11 million per year and for some reason chooses to go free agency as a Ufa and had to settle with buffalo for one year at eight million. Sometimes I question his decision making even on the ice.

As an Edmonton fan I would’ve loved to have kept him but cerelli messed that up

I lost a lot of respect for him with that Sabres contract. He openly said he wanted to play for Boston.
He knew he was going to miss the playoffs and his full no trade clause meant he could game the system and choose where he was traded to
