Habs did the right thing taking Reinbacher and staying away from the Russian Prima Donna!!! What a mess!!!
I hope he commits to helping the Flyers and doesn't become a problem for the team.
Habs now have a top developing "D" corps with Guehle, Xhekaj, Harris, Barron AND two BIG right-handed shots in Reinbacher and Maillieux PLUS Lane Hutson who has been impressive in his own right….heck….Reinbacher called him "the next Cale Makar"….ok….I'll take that…😊!!!!
Also….. they've got solid "D" veterans in Matheson and Savard and the late bloomer Kovacevic.
Anyways…..Habs young "D" corps are the envy of the NHL.
Sounds like stay away from Michkov. He's not worth the hassle.
i have over 40 hours in 5 days into my EA nhl roster edit.. and they had a update in may … ridiculous .. and that ncaa players cant be added to game instead of having to create them
Hehe.. this was a fun draft year.. Mishkov is where he wants to be.. Reinbacher is where I wanted him to be 😀
I soured on Mishkov myself.. Mishkov did look happy at the draft.
Would have been interesting if the Ducks picked Mish.. lol
Hoping to hear what changed Verbeek's mind during the draft.
I think the habs overpaid for Newhook.. again I'm sure PLD signing with LA made it happen. We will see how Mikhail Gulyayev turns out.
If Dvorak is still around.. wanna see him play with Newhook.. Dvorak is better FO man and Newhook might be better off as a winger.

Habs are going the dman route also the 'culture' theme has been present since the draft last year and they stuck to their guns.
Unlike the Bergevin/Therrien era of the 'no excuses' gimmick.
