Nobody cares the habs are dog schitt
Hey coach. First Cole would be a good A for the team, heck he already is a great representation with the habs fans and the city. He is not shy with the media as well. I believe his attitude would be able to take on that responsibility. 2- Newhook should get a contract parallel to Dach. The kid will produce more with this team. How much I don't know but almost anyone who works with the MSL philosophy can be a production surprise. Which also is a reason I think Montreal should chance Zadina as well but I am not too familiar with his play style.
The minute I heard Zadina was available, i said the Habs are going to go after this guy. For some reason, the Habs have only been interested in guys that were drafted well, or had rather high potential, and didnt work out on other teams, and management is saying, well MSL can get these guys back on track and pick up where they left off when they were doing good. Why can't they just go after one player that is good, that they KNOW is good?? I know they dont have cap space, but they were going to make it work for PLD, he was asking for $8.5M, so make it work for someone else, someone actually worth it. Habs are in desperate need of goal scorers. If Caufield goes down again, God forbid! The team is screwed, not like they have a chance to do anything anyway, not with this team. I dont believe we r any better than we were last year. We are supposed to be getting better not worse, it's what, year 3 of the rebuild, when do we start to see some improvement??? When can we expect to win even 40 games a season? I know im being impatient, but it would be nice to see us getting somewhet better, and I know our D is amazing, it's true, we are going to have incredible D, but we still need goals. When will we make the playoffs? When will we win a cup??? I dont mean to sound impatient, but it would be nice to see some results, i was very high on the management til the draft, drafting for position is never a good idea, guess they didnt see when we drafted Kotkaniemi, im still sick everytime i see Brady Tkachuk. We need goals, I made a list a few days ago of how many 20 goal scorers the Habs have had in the last 15 years, and once they had four 20 goal scorers, some years there was ONE! A lot of years there were 2. Just because they sell out every game whether they win or not, is no excuse, they are dragging our proud franchise thru the mud, and it needs to stop. What do u think would happen is Florida or Vegas had made the playoffs only 3 times in the last 8 years?? They would have gone thru 8 gm's, IF the franchise still existed! Fans need to stop buying tickets and going to see them til we see some improvement. That's my opinion. And again i know our D has improved, and that improves the team, but we need goals. Two 20 goal scorers on average is just brutal. I want our team to be good, the teams in the Atlantic have steadily been getting better over the last 2 or 3 weeks, and we've added Andersson, and Maillet, and someone else, i forget who. We need OFFENSE!!!

Matheson for me for the A, Newhook’s contract I think the length is the issue as for Zadina he reminds me of the Yzerman Drouin situation in Tampa it’s like a copy paste so it’s a no for me, great video Coach.
The acquisition of Alexis Lafreniere could give the Habs two powerful lines.
Wish Vigneault well in the future. Newhook should get a contract similar to Dach but as Coach mentioned shorter term for contract negotiations. Zadina would be a St. Louis project that could provide very high returns. On the other hand, The HuGo Team must decide if Zadina could fit into the team culture. Great video once again Coach. Thanks.
