It’s a stupid move and a really dumb idea. He’s a player they can trade and regain assets. Murray not so much.
Treliving does this. It’s obvious there’s something going on between Brodie and Treliving and be the first stupidest move he made. And should be the only thing he does if he does that. Doesn’t make sense. Brodie I have no problems at all with. If they don’t want him. Trade the guy for whatever assets Tuey can get for him. It’s just more crap to go against the cap.
Wouldn’t it be 2 yrs it wouldn’t be on the cap. But after the 2nd yr the buyout will be added to the cap? Murray is tue easiest choice. I knew he was damaged hood when Dubas got him.
Re-sign Sammy. Can’t go with Murray and Woll. Murray would just ruin wolls progress by being injured all the time and not actually tutoring Woll.

Brodie was terrible this year. His age is catching up with him but I think they can still trade him. Either way I think we need to free up that cap space for a better D-man.

Seravalli spitballing piffle . A buyout is ludicrous when the Leafs could easily move that contract with the player. They most certainly should move on from Brodie as he is a brutal playoff D, but he's great at regular season shinny hockey, especially retrievals and transitions. Net-front, the rush and the cycle is where he has issues.
Seravelli has to go man. That is so far out of left field, he’s just stirring up shit. If anything Brodie would be traded not bought out.

Tree has some work to do overall. I trust Tree can revamp the buds defence, not in his 1st off season. Give Tree some time to put his fingerprints on the Leafs.👍
