  1. He’s not overloading hes inverting and to look at player positions so linearly especially when positional play is so visibly present in football nowadays is just a bit oblivious

  2. You watched Prem last season?
Trent as a Midfilder in 11 games: 7 assists 1 goal
Liverpool were actually fighting for top 4 because of that

  3. England spend more than half their games smashing teams like Maltaaa.
England need something more like in finals against Italy or big games vs France. This is the Same England team which persists with Maguire and Pickford. Trent is one of the most talented English footballers. Assists galore.

  4. He’s right the way he doesn’t track wingers when he’s at fullback he would get slaughtered following class midfielders runs.

  5. These people honestly need to change sports they are clueless and to say Trent can’t play midfield is beyond me what an absolute clueless mug

  6. It’s a point. I’m a Liverpool fan saying this. Having to look over your shoulder as a midfielder compared to having the goal behind your back as a defender are two different things. Even at Liverpool, in our most difficult games come the end of the season, (Arsenal and Villa) the Trent in midfield stuff didn’t work. It only worked against the smaller teams. They might improve on the system, but his points valid

  7. Wtf is with the hate on trent like hes a cm now but these idiots cant except it

  8. As a Liverpool fan, he’s right about the fact that he’s not a CM and wouldn’t be good there

  9. he’s spot on. Trent is a great passer, dribbler and going forward all things considered, but to be a ‘cm’ in todays game you have to be able to win the ball better than he does he just doesn’t suit rb or cm for me

  10. If joelinton can suddenly be a good midfielder i can't see why trent can't.

  11. This guy is a total nutter, if he knew anything he would know that trent is a RM but placed in RB to fit into klopps system. How can clowns be allowed on these podcasts as makeshift pundits😂😂

  12. He is a midfielder through and through. He played in the midfield for his entire life until he was put at right back on the first team. That is where he’ll shine

  13. Trent played right wing for most of his youth. The decision to play at right back was made as it was an easier path into the first team at the time. He's not a dam RB. He is a midfielder and in a few years this take won't age well.

  14. Mate malta arnt fucking pushovers. They were very unlucky to lose by that margin. Shouldve been around 2nil i reckon based on their defending

  15. Dude clearly hasn't seen any of the last 10 games he played for Liverpool, let alone his recent England performances. Dude was hands down the best midfielder in those last 10 games for Liverpool if not in the Prem

  16. "I'd shine against Malta"

he really think he can beat professional team easily 🤦🏻 I really want to all this Youtuber self-claimed good footballer playing against San Marino atleast…so arrogant

  17. Trent’s naturally a midfielder, what is Tom on? The guy literally played at RM for years. He only played RB because Liverpool didn’t utilise RM’s and they had injured RB’s.

  18. Of course this bum watched the national game. But didn’t know he played in midfield in the last 6/7 Liverpool games that we won most of. Clown of a human 😂😭

  19. The Brummy guy is the only one that talks sense. The others are just stat padders and sheep

  20. Put thogden on this podcast and you could call this the massive slabheads podcast. Do these guys even watch football?
