Time to move Zadina. Detroit and Yzerman are at a turning point, a fork in the road and a crossroads. He had ample excuses Ken Holland, the retirements of Zetterberg, the exiting of Datsuk and of course the inconcieveably bad luck of the draft lottery to say we are in a rebuild that is now into year three w/ nothing to show but potential. He waited to fire Blashill, he hasn't went after N. Americans in the draft and hasn't made a substantial move not to mention not trading Larkin when they could have got some real value.
When the Red Wings are ready they will have to be able to confidently roll four lines. That means lots of picks and prospects have to be made, developed and moved. Steve Y has been dealt a bad hand so it will take a long time. He is doing the right things and people are too impatient to try and understand. Tage Thompson and Elias Petterson are a couple of players that weren't top draft picks
