Ya I feel really bad for Demko he made multiple Beaty saves and tried everything u could to keep the Canucks in it but it's not he's fault because the Canucks only had 15 shots trough 3 periods

Good showing by the up-and-coming Canucks, I think we knew for quite some time that they were a team getting ready to make a decent playoff run, they turned a lot of heads during these playoffs, they knocked off the reigning Stanley Cup champs in Round 1 & pushed the favored Golden Knights to a Game 7. Granted, the Canucks didn't really play that well in Game 7 although Thatcher Demko in goal gave them a chance. They just couldn't muster any offence in Game 7. Vegas really clamped down on the youngsters from Vancouver in the end. Good job though Canucks, I think we can expect the likes of Boeser, Horvat, Virtanen, Pettersson & co. the lead the Canucks up the ladder in the next few seasons perhaps( although there were rumours the Canucks were considering shopping Boeser which would be a head-scratcher for sure ). Lessons well learned for these youngsters. Nice work tho. 🙂

Just don’t understand how you can come out and play so good sometimes and just so embarrassingly bad the others. You can sit back as a fan and say keep the bottom six intact and expect more in the playoffs next season. We need more speed mixed with toughness and power. I don’t care if you have to buy guys out. Just fuckkng do it.
Love hockey players. Beat on each other the entire game and shake hands , pat each others chest and hug when its over. I still haven't figured out all the rules, but still love the game.

Stone's "Bruh…" face to Demko is really all that needs to be shown to sum up those last 3 games.
Hughes and Miller were playing injured, that much is confirmed. I don't see how any playoff team could have gotten out of two gritty series like St Louis and Vegas without getting injured in the process, especially with all the shot-blocking the Canucks had to do this entire time.

I hate to say this, but sometimes in the handshake you see them just like "good job.." with the handshake, but with Lehner he really looks extremely genuine. Like, seeing him you just feel safe and know he means every word. It's been a few months now but great game, great series.

Demko already wears that 35 better than Cory Schneider, Alex Auld and Kay Whitmore. But Kirk McLean still to this day wears the 1 better than Roberto Luongo.
With the loss of Doc Emrick, Chris Cuthbert is probably the best announcer in the NHL now.
