  1. i like that heavy bag, i bet it's filled with sand to weigh 250 lbs.

  2. @ 1:55 he did a frigging cross with a jab after with the same hand! That's pretty nuts

  3. Damn. Just getting a jab in the chest by Iron Mike must be like getting shot by a .45. I pity the fool who ever was on the receiving end of his punches in real life. His power was unreal.

  4. This shows how a boxer is always learning, you can see that Tyson is told by Rooney to keep his right hand up when he throws a hook – this is quite a fundamental mistake which he is making when throwing a punch – as it leaves you vulnerable to a counter attack from a reflexive opponent. It goes to show that even a guy as well developed and techincally proficient as Tyson still needed guidance and the tutelage of someone even later on in their career when they were considered a seasoned champ.

  5. @kingzula Over-rated was he . ? Check this out , Tyson under Rooney;
    35-0
    31 knockouts
    19 knockouts in the first round .
    Still consider Rooney over-rated ?

  6. @thehitchrules yes i do!! what did Rooney do after Tyson? nothing! why haven't other fighters or their managers sought Rooney out. the only thing rooney was, was loyal to Bill Cayton. who was paying Rooney ridicules paychecks with Tysons money.

  7. @thehitchrules he would say i made the mother fucker a ton of money. and he stabbed me in the back like everyone else

  8. @kingzula It was Rooney and Cus who made Tyson a ton of money . If it wasn't for them there would be no Tyson . Cuts both ways .

  9. @thehitchrules well maybe with Cus, but Rooney would be nothing without tyson. when ever there's a Rooney interview all he talks about is Tyson. anything Rooney has its thru Tyson. Rooney hasnt done anything since Tyson. Rooney became rich because of Tyson. he is way overrated

  10. @kingzula And Tyson didn't do anything significant in terms of progressing his boxing after Rooney . Cuts both ways. Theirs was a magic partnership that worked well for BOTH of them. It's futile to dis Rooney after his record with Tyson .

  11. @thehitchrules actually there was always friction between the two. Cus use to keep the peace. there was only one Tyson, but Cus good have found plenty of people to train Tyson. Rooney was more loyal to Cayton than Tyson. and once again Rooney did nothing after Tyson. he wasnt sought out by any of the top fighters or managers.

  12. Paz had been a rated fighter before they met. how come he was never sought out by any of the top fighters or managers after Tyson.
