Lol they can both do waaaay more than that weight on military press with 30 seconds of instruction on technique. Form was hilariously bad. Which is whatever. But they’d both move more than twice that weight immediately
Ive had far too many lumbrical injuries from pockets. Luckily theyre not acute and heal pretty fast.
